A lethal virus mutated in a Russian bio-warfare lab, is stolen by terrorists who are injected with it in order to spread it in the USA. Two Russian Special Forces troops are tasked with finding the two terrorists and killing them. There is a race across Russia and the USA to find the terrorists over a period of ten days before the virus incubates and becomes highly contagious.
